Final Report…
- With the 2014-‘15 Division II season finished and all the hardware handed out, it’s time to put the wraps on the winter…
- First and foremost, I’d like to thank everyone who helped the report along the way, including (but not limited to) sports information staffs, coaches and fans. The info you provide helps us return a product which, in turn, can be of use to you. Hopefully the first year of the website has been well-received; we will endeavor to improve it even more for next season, so if you have any suggestions, etc., please let us know.
- The team standings reflect the final WBCA/USA Today Sports Division II national rankings, post-tournament. Given that is the sole ranking available after the post season ended, we’ll include that info and nothing more.
- There are a couple of new files on the Features Page including a recap of all 2014-’15 awards/all-stars and a pair of compilation documents (100-point games; OT games) that span the duration of the report’s history (2003-’04 to the present). If you have any questions/updates, please pass the info along. Also, the D2 East all-time leading scorers page has been updated to include the just-concluded season (we are still looking for clarification on the programs we have no info for, so any help is appreciated).
- For those in attendance at the East Regionals in Garden City, you may have picked up a copy of the 2014-’15 Division II East Regional Notes booklet (running about 35 pages and including notes on the teams and substantial regional tournament history). There are limited leftover copies; for anyone who is interested in one, please email us (Anfield13@aol.com) and we’ll get back to you with details on how to get one.
